Invisalign® is a unique system designed to straighten your teeth using advanced 3-D computer imaging technology. Invisalign® is so advanced that it can detail precisely your exact treatment plan, taking it from the initial position of your teeth to the final position using clear aligners that are custom made for your teeth. These aligners will move your teeth over time eventually moving them to their final position.
The aligners are worn for two weeks at a time with each one being replaced by another one that will move your teeth a little more, until your final position is achieved.
Dr Pinchas will determine your Invisalign® treatment based on the 3D computer imaging report.
What are the main benefits of INVISALIGN?
The main benefit to Invisalign® is that it is practically clear and other people do not even notice that you are wearing Invisalign®
Invisalign® is also removable unlike braces that re permanently attached. They give you the flexibility to eat and drink what you want during treatment by removing aligners. These can also be removed when you need to brush and floss in order to keep good hygiene.
There are no metal brackets or wires within the Invisalign® system and your are therefore likely to experience less irritation. You will also spend less time in the Doctors chair.
The great thing about Invisalign® is that it allows you to view your results and treatment plan before you even start and to be able to see on the computer how they will look once your treatment is complete.
